Bahrain chauffeur Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation and Payment:
All chauffeur service reservations must be made in advance and require a deposit. The deposit amount will be determined at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid in full one day before the start of the service, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid any cancellation fees (Stritch limousine service is non refundable). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the service.
3. Changes to Reservation:
Any changes to the reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may result in additional charges.
4. Vehicle and Service Availability:
Availability of specific vehicle models and services cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time of booking. In the event that the requested vehicle or service is not available, a suitable alternative will be provided.
5. Passenger and Luggage Capacity:
Passenger and luggage capacity is determined by the make and model of the vehicle and cannot be exceeded. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage and personal belongings are securely packed and do not pose a safety hazard to themselves or others.
6. Conduct of Passengers:
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while using Bahrain Chauffeur. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or creates a safety hazard may result in the immediate termination of the service, without refund.
7. Liability and Insurance:
Bahrain Chauffeur assumes no liability for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injuries sustained during the use of the service. Bahrain Chauffeur is fully licensed and insured to provide chauffeur services, and all vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure their safety and reliability.
8. Force Majeure:
Bahrain Chauffeur is not responsible for any delays or failures to provide service due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, or other acts of nature.
9. Governing Law and Venue:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Amendments:
Bahrain Chauffeur reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on Bahrain Chauffeur's website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Lost or Forgotten Belongings:
Bahrain Chauffeur is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or forgotten in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have all their belongings with them when leaving the vehicle. If a passenger realizes that they have left something behind in the vehicle, they should contact the service provider as soon as possible to arrange for the retrieval of their belongings. The service provider will make a reasonable effort to locate and return the lost item, but cannot guarantee its recovery. Any costs associated with the retrieval and return of lost items, including shipping and handling fees, will be the responsibility of the passenger and may be subject to additional charges. The passenger will be notified of any additional charges before the item is shipped or returned.
12. Limited Liability for International Travel:
Bahrain Chauffeur is not responsible for obtaining visas or other travel documents required for international travel. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary visas and travel documents before traveling. Bahrain Chauffeur is also not responsible for any delays or denied entry at international borders or airports. Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to international travel. The service provider shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the passenger's failure to obtain the necessary visas or travel documents, or from any delays or denied entry at international borders or airports.
